This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which HueGuide (“us”, “we”, or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“User” or “you”) of the HueGuide mobile application (“App”).
Information Collection and Usage
HueGuide does not collect any personal information from its users. We do not track, store, or transmit any personal data. Some non-personal preferences may be stored locally on your device using Apple’s system (e.g. UserDefaults). This may include the onboarding status and app settings (e.g. voice preferences or feature toggles). These settings: are not accessible to us, are stored only on your device, and are used solely to improve your experience.
Image Processing
HueGuide allows you to take photos and to select images from your photo library All image processing (e.g. color sampling and analysis) happens entirely on your device. We do not upload images, store images externally, access your photos.
No In-App Purchases or Tracking
HueGuide does not require a user account, does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertisements, or analytics tracking. The app is completely free to use and contains no third-party SDKs.
Data Security
We take your privacy seriously. All settings and saved meshes are either stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or share any data externally, nor do we collect any personal or financial information.
